Antonina Shevchenko is a Kyrgyzstani and Peruvian Muay Thai fighter as well as mixed martial artist who is currently fighting in the flyweight division of UFC. She is the younger sister of the fellow UFC fighter and former UFC Flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko. Antonina Shevchenko started her journey into fighting sports by becoming a Muay Thai boxer. Shevchenko made her debut in the IFMA World Championship Tournament of 2003. Shevchenko defeated Suzane McKell in the finals via a majority verdict. Antonina followed it up and won a silver medal in 2007 a bronze medal in 2008 a gold medal in 2011, and was the 2015 IFMA Amateur Muay Thai World Champion.
